1. Service and operator

BetterOPC is operated by 超级峰 and provides aggregated information, creative references, event tags, community resources, and product information. Some features require sign-in or the relevant entitlement. The actual pages and purchase description define the available service scope.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

Use an email address you are entitled to use, and protect verification codes, sessions, and access credentials. Do not impersonate others, bypass access limits, disrupt the service, spread unlawful content, or infringe others' rights. Automated access must follow the applicable connection instructions and usage limits.

3. Content and event information

Aggregated summaries, tags, prices, and event information help you find and assess options, but may change when sources update. Check current platform rules before posting, registering, or purchasing. Copying a tag is not registration and does not guarantee views, recommendations, income, or other incentives.

Popularity or rankings on this site reflect only the scope described on the page. They are not a complete measure of another platform's performance or official endorsement. Unless stated otherwise, mentions of outside products or services do not imply an agency or partnership relationship.

4. Membership and purchases

Before paying, check the price, term, benefits, and conditions shown on the purchase page. Payment and entitlements depend on verified order records. If you experience duplicate payment, missing benefits, or a refund dispute, provide the necessary order information by email. We handle the matter under the purchase terms and applicable law. These terms do not exclude any refund or consumer rights you have by law.

5. Intellectual property and third-party links

Rights to third-party articles, images, brands, and event materials belong to their respective owners. An index or quotation on this site does not grant permission to republish, use commercially, or redistribute those materials. Check the scope of authorization before using them. Third-party providers are responsible for their own pages, availability, and transactions.

If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, provide the relevant URL, proof of rights, and contact details. We will review it and take necessary action.

6. Service changes and responsibility

We maintain the service but cannot guarantee that every item is always complete and accurate or that service will never be interrupted. When maintenance, source changes, or security concerns require us to change or pause a feature, we will make reasonable efforts to reduce the impact and handle purchased entitlements according to law. We may limit access for unlawful or abusive activity. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
