1. Scope and contact

This policy applies to the website services at betteropc.com. The operator is 超级峰. Contact us at chaojifeng@shadowlaws.com. Once you leave for a third-party website, that party's own rules govern its handling of information.

2. Information we handle

Browsing and security: When you visit, the server handles network addresses, request times, paths, and browser-related information to serve pages, troubleshoot problems, and prevent abuse.

Registration and sign-in: When you sign in using an email verification code, we handle your email address, code verification records, account identifier, and session information to verify identity, create or access your account, and protect it. Codes expire; do not share them.

Account features: When you use favorites, membership, authorized access, or other account features, we keep the related settings, entitlement status, and necessary usage records. Features that require you to connect or upload information process what you submit only after you take that action.

Purchases and feedback: For membership purchases or payment-proof submissions, we handle order, payment result, and entitlement records. If you email feedback, we handle the contact details and materials you provide so we can investigate and reply.

3. Cookies and analytics

Necessary cookies keep you signed in, and your browser stores preferences such as theme. You can clear them in your browser, but you may need to sign in again or reset preferences.

Depending on configuration, the website uses Google Analytics, Baidu Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity to understand visits, page use, and interactions. These services may handle device or browser information, referral sources, page paths, identifiers, and interaction data, and may use cookies. Clarity is limited to permitted anonymous homepage visits; that does not mean the other analytics have stopped. There is currently no single in-site analytics switch. You can use browser privacy settings to limit third-party storage or tracking.

4. Service providers and disclosure

Sending sign-in codes requires us to provide the recipient email address and email content to Alibaba Cloud's email service. Payments are handled by the provider shown on the purchase page; we grant entitlements based on verified orders and payment results. Hosting, email, analytics, and payment providers may handle the information needed for their services.

Third-party analytics may involve processing outside China; do not assume all data is stored only in China. Where applicable law requires consent, separate consent, or another procedure, processing must meet those requirements. This policy does not replace those steps. We do not otherwise disclose your non-public information except as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, or in other necessary circumstances.

5. Retention and security

Account data is kept while needed to provide account services; verification codes are used within their validity period. Order records, security logs, and feedback materials are kept as needed to resolve matters and meet legal duties. After the necessary period, information should be deleted or anonymized; anything that must be kept by law is used only for that purpose. Deletion from backups may follow the backup rotation cycle.

We use measures such as access controls and encryption in transit to reduce disclosure risk. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If a security incident occurs, we will respond and notify relevant parties as applicable.

6. Your choices and rights

You may email us to request access to, copies of, correction of, or deletion of information about you; ask to close your account; or request withdrawal of consent or limits on processing. We will handle requests according to law after necessary identity checks and explain if a request cannot be fulfilled. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal. Withholding information required for a feature may affect that feature.

7. Children

Minors should use the service with guidance from a guardian. For children under 14, a guardian should contact us before personal information is provided. A guardian who finds that a child's information was submitted improperly may ask us to verify and delete it.

8. Policy updates

If our handling of information changes, we will update this page and its version date. For material changes to purposes, information categories, or your rights, we will notify you as applicable and seek separate consent when required.
